We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious food at El Jefe Cantina! The entree portions were generous, the food was hot and their chorizo was so tasty! Our favorite was the pork belly bites, which were tender and super flavorful! The atmosphere was lively and family friendly, and the modern, beautiful decor was classic and welcoming!  The service was friendly and answered any questions we had. We plan to be back as often as well can! So thankful for this gem of a restaurant in our town..

New family owned restaurant that is doing everything they can to give a small town a great place to eat. Great food and very friendly staff! The brisket papas locas are to die for! Drinks are delicious as well. Been there three times already and have not been disappointed. Trying something new each time. They're always working to adjust and improve as they get used to the ebb and flow of being a newly opened business. The renovation turned out great with a new sleek and modern style to it. I can't wait to see more of what they have to offer!.

Did dine in. The waiter was top notch. Friendly and attentive, made sure we liked everything.  The food was totally awesome. I has the Acapulco Especial plus a frozen margaritas. Definitely 5 stars..

We decided to break my rule of going to a new restaurant within a month of opening and try out this place for my daughter's birthday. Typically brand new restaurants have quite a few kinks at first so I like to avoid that.  El Jefe ran like it had been there for years. Seating was quick. Food was timely and piping hot,  not to mention flavorful. Staff was friendly.  They even treated my daughter to a birthday treat. They havea cute little selfie wall and it was clean. Only tip? Sing happy birthday in Spanish(we love it at other places!)because the English version wasn't quite together.  Lol Overall, wonderful experience and picky eater approved..

My partner and I are OBSESSED with the fajitas here. It’s so nice to have such a great restaurant in our town. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is really nice. I absolutely recommend eating here if you’re near Fisher!
